Beauty and the Beast 

So, guys, CW has a new pilot Beauty and the Beast starring Kristin Kreuk. The entire thing sounds exactly like Castle’s premise.

• The show features an NYPD detective whose mom was murdered.
• (Except in this pilot Kristin Kreuk’s character witnessed the murder and was saved by “The Beast”, who was a military experiment mistake.)
• So the female lead was saved by the male lead many years ago, just as Rick helped Kate with his words.
• Transformed by her mother’s murder, Kristin Kreuk’s character becomes an NYPD detective
• And in the pilot a trail of investigation leads her to “The Beast”
• Murders get solved every episode
• While the characters engage in banter and sexual tension.
• While the characters engage in banter and sexual tension.
• While the characters engage in banter and sexual tension.

This is Castle, except THERE IS A BEAST INVOLVED. Also, did I mention Kristin Kreuk?
